Refund Policy

Last updated: 16 June 2026

This Refund Policy explains how charges, cancellations, and refunds work for Timeplanned subscriptions. Timeplanned is sold through Paddle.com, which acts as our authorized reseller and merchant of record. When you buy a subscription, your order and payment are processed by Paddle, and Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.

Free trial — you're not charged to try Timeplanned

Every new account starts with a 60-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel at any point before it ends without paying anything.

You only begin paying when you choose to start a paid subscription. If you never start a paid plan, there is nothing to refund.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis — monthly for the monthly plan, or yearly for the annual plan — to the payment method you provide at checkout, until you cancel.

All prices are shown in US dollars. Payments, receipts, and any applicable taxes are handled by Paddle as merchant of record.

14-day money-back guarantee

We want you to be happy with Timeplanned. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund of the first payment for a new paid subscription within 14 days of that charge.

This applies to the initial charge when you first move from the free trial onto a paid plan, or your first charge on a new subscription. Refund requests made after 14 days fall under the cancellation terms below.

Cancellations and renewals

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you keep access until then.

Outside the 14-day money-back guarantee, payments for the current billing period and past periods are non-refundable, and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time. Cancelling simply stops future renewals — your data always remains yours.

How to request a refund

Email us at hello@timeplanned.com from the address on your account, and include the date of the charge you'd like refunded. We'll confirm your request and let you know the outcome.

Refunds can also be requested through the Paddle receipt you received by email after your purchase.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Once processed, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund or withdrawal rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law, including consumer protection rights in the EU and UK. Where the law gives you stronger rights than this policy, those rights apply.
