- How long is the free trial?
- Every new Timeplanned account starts with a 60-day free trial. All features are unlocked during the trial and no credit card is required to start.
- What's included in the plan?
- Every plan includes all features — unlimited sessions, members and groups, recurring lessons with holidays and exceptions, attendance tracking, automatic month-end billing, Google Calendar and Outlook sync, and team accounts for schools with multiple teachers. The Solo and Club plans cost the same — Club adds the member-portal community features for clubs.
- What is the Club plan?
- Club is Timeplanned's plan for clubs and associations. It costs the same as Solo and adds the member-portal community features: members record their own absences, everyone sees a shared absence calendar, and the club shares materials such as sheet music and documents. The founding-member rate applies to the Solo plan.
- Can I add more teachers to my plan?
- Yes. Timeplanned supports schools and studios with several teachers. Your base plan covers the first teacher, and each additional active teacher costs $4.99 per month or $49 per year — about half the base price. The account owner pays one subscription for the whole team, and teachers join by email invitation.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancelling simply stops future renewals, and your data always stays yours.
- Do you offer refunds?
