The training record (Ausbildungsnachweis) comes as a PDF with date, topic or type, start, minutes and the instructor's licence number (FL-Nr.). The learner signs it electronically on your screen, and the signature prints on the PDF; the school signs the printout.
The monthly invoice from lessons driven
On the 1st, every learner on a per-visit account (Abrechnung nach Aufwand) has a draft invoice split by the items of your price list. You confirm, and the money is collected by SEPA direct debit through Stripe.

- Does Timeplanned replace my learners' theory app?
- No. Timeplanned contains no theory content, no exam questions and no exam preparation. Your learners keep studying with their learning app; Timeplanned schedules theory evenings and driving lessons, records who attended which topic, and bills at month end.
- Does the training record follow Anlage 3?
- The training record (Ausbildungsnachweis) from Timeplanned contains the fields of Anlage 3 DV-FahrlG: for each theory lesson the date, topic, minutes and instructor licence number (FL-Nr.), for each driving lesson the date, type, start, minutes and FL-Nr., one record per licence class. The learner signs electronically on your screen, with a finger or a pen, and the signature and its date print on the PDF. The school signs the printout.
- Is my cancellation fee legally safe?
- Timeplanned cannot judge that for you. The cancellation fee (Ausfallgebühr) sits in your terms (AGB) and is measured against §§ 307 and 309 of the German Civil Code (BGB); common practice is a 24 to 48-hour cutoff and a flat share of the lesson price, and the learner may prove that your loss was smaller. - Can parents book for learners under 18?
- Yes. For learners under 18 a parent is on file, signs in to the portal, books theory evenings and requests driving lessons. Booking and cancellation emails go to the parent.
- Does it work with several driving instructors?
- Yes. You invite your instructors by email, each driving lesson belongs to the instructor who drives it, and each instructor enters their FL-Nr., which appears on the training record. There is one subscription for the whole school: the base plan includes the first instructor, and each additional active instructor costs €4.49 per month or €45 per year.
