How teachers use it

  1. 1

Print one card per student and write the name and the start date on it. The student keeps the card or it stays in the folder at the studio.

  2. 2

After every lesson the student gets a stamp or a sticker in the next circle. At circle 10, 20 and 30, a word of praise.

  3. 3

When the card is full, the reward on the bottom line is due and the card goes home as a keepsake. Start a new one.

Questions about the stamp card

What is a lesson stamp card?
A lesson stamp card is a printed card on which a student collects one stamp or sticker per lesson, the way children's courses and language schools have done for decades. Timeplanned's version has 30 circles, milestone circles at 10, 20 and 30 and a reward line, and is free to print.
Which stamp or sticker size fits the circles?
Each circle is 27 mm across, so a standard 25 mm round stamp or sticker fits with a small margin. Smaller stamps work too, and the number stays visible around a smaller stamp.
Can I use the stamp card to count paid lessons?
Yes, but it is designed as a reward card, not as a record. For counting lessons, cancellations and payments, use the student visit log or a 10-lesson card from the templates page, or let Timeplanned track attendance automatically.
Is the stamp card free for commercial use?
Yes. Every template on Timeplanned is free for your own teaching business, without an account or an email address. Print as many copies as you need.

Prefer not to count by hand?

Timeplanned keeps lesson cards, attendance and payments up to date automatically and turns them into finished month-end billing. Free for 60 days, no credit card required.
